FCC Adopts Rules to Promote the Growth of the Low Power FM Radio Service

The FCC adopted a wideranging series of ownership, eligibility and technical rules and sought comment on additional technical matters in the Low Power FM Third Report and Order and Second Noticed of Proposed Rule. See the Report and Order below adopted 11/27/2007 and released 12/11/2007.
