The FCC’s Media Bureau announced a freeze for FM minor change applications during the Auction 79 filing window, from June 16 through June 25,2009. Please see the attached Public Notice for more information.
The FCC Media Bureau clarifies that applications from NCE FM stations must still protect or have a non-conditional consent letter from TV channel 6 facilities scheduled to be eliminated as part of the transition to digital television broadcasting.
