The FCC Media Bureau, in two Public Notices, has announced a filing window for 67 vacant FM allotments reserved for non-commercial use and a freeze for minor-change FM applications.

The FCC Media Bureau announced a filing window for applications for noncommercial educational FM new station construction permits. The window is available for the existing, vacant FM allotments on Channels 221 through 300 that have been reserved for NCE use (See Attachment A). The window will open on February 19, 2009, and close on February 26, 2009.
