On November 1, 2011, the Media Bureau released a Public Notice soliciting comment on the request by iBiquity Digital Corporation and National Public Radio that the Commission authorize voluntary asymmetric digital sideband power for FM stations. The Public Notice set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 21 and 35 days, respectively, after publication of a summary of the Public Notice in the Federal Register.
