FCC considers amending Part 73 of the rules to allow for a new FM Radio Broadcast Class C4

The FCC considers amending Part 73 of the Commission’s rules to create an intermediate class of FM broadcast stations in Zone II between Class A and Class C3, to be designated Class C4.
